We are looking for a visionary Head of Brand Marketing to join our team and lead our social, influencer, community, and product marketing functions. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will work directly with our CEO to drive brand impact and foster a high-performing team within our fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute an innovative brand marketing calendar that aligns with our broader strategy and enhances brand equity.
- Lead the end-to-end project management and reporting for all brand initiatives.
- Oversee the development of marketing and pitch materials to support our sales team in hitting business targets.
- Manage strategic relationships and participate in key market meetings and external partner discussions.
- Take full ownership of brand marketing budget tracking and quarterly awareness reporting.
- Direct the go-to-market process for all brand campaigns by developing comprehensive 360-degree strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of creative partners to assist with events, content production, and community engagement.
- Implement a review process that provides company-wide visibility into our projects and ensures we are constantly learning from our results.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of marketing experience, including 3 or more years in a leadership role focused on brand management.
- 5 or more years of direct experience working with major retailers like Sephora and Ulta.
- Proven ability to track and analyze the ROI of marketing investments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn consumer insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- A track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Fluency in English.
