You will be the driving force behind our brand identity, working directly with our CEO and executive team to shape our future.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, executive-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. We are looking for a seasoned leader who can balance creative storytelling with rigorous data analysis to elevate our presence in the market.
Your impact
- Lead the development and execution of our brand marketing calendar, bringing scrappy and innovative ideas to life that build long-term brand equity.
- Take full ownership of the go-to-market process, managing everything from initial strategy to final project reporting and budget tracking.
- Build and nurture a network of creative partners to support our activations, content production, and community-building efforts.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on brand management.
- Over 5 years of experience working with major retailers like Sephora and Ulta.
- A strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to track ROI and use consumer insights to inform your strategy.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to senior leadership.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, though a master’s degree is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
