What is this role?
We are looking for a Head of Brand & Communication to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in Germany, offering a hybrid work environment. If you are a strategic thinker who is passionate about building content strategies that deliver measurable results, we want to hear from you.
What will you do?
- Lead our social-first content strategy to boost brand awareness and drive conversions across all digital channels.
- Oversee the creation and execution of content for sales campaigns and product launches to ensure every piece of communication makes an impact.
- Manage and inspire a creative team while fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives and clear workflows are established.
What makes you a great fit?
You should bring 2 to 5 years of experience in conversion-driven content creation and digital marketing, ideally within the e-commerce or wellness sectors. We are looking for someone who balances creative vision with a data-driven mindset, using analytics to optimize strategies in real time. You should have a deep understanding of social commerce and modern marketing psychology. Because we operate internationally, you must be a native German speaker with excellent proficiency in English.
