What you bring

As our Head of AI Product, you will operate at a Director level in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Australia or New Zealand. You will be responsible for orchestrating our AI strategy and building a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers to deliver intuitive, customer-centric experiences. Your core responsibilities include:

• Owning the end-to-end design, development, and integration of AI-powered features to provide high-impact solutions for our customers.
• Transitioning AI initiatives from initial concepts into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using modern platforms and processes.
• Implementing robust governance frameworks to ensure all AI development adheres to strict safety and ethical standards.

Requirements

We are looking for a leader who possesses a consistent track record of launching AI products from concept to production within dynamic environments. You should have deep expertise in scaling AI solutions while balancing performance, cost, and safety. A strong command of product analytics, A/B testing, and quantitative methods is essential for optimizing customer experiences. We value candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, though a Master’s or PhD in AI or Machine Learning is highly desirable. Any professional certifications in AI product management or machine learning will be considered an advantage. You must be a collaborative leader who is comfortable mentoring high-performing teams and communicating fluently in English.
