What you'll be doing

Lead and scale our global affiliate program, overseeing growth strategies across our entire B2C and B2B product lineup.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of affiliate and partnership managers while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Drive revenue growth by negotiating strategic deals, diversifying our partner base, and utilizing data to optimize the partner funnel.

What you'll bring

At least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior management capacity.
A proven track record of scaling partnership programs, ideally within the SaaS or subscription-based sectors.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage tools like Google Analytics and PartnerStack to drive decision-making.
Expertise in negotiation and relationship management to maximize long-term partner value.
Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex strategies effectively.
