What is this role?
This is a full-time, remote position for a Head of Account Based Marketing. We’re looking for someone at the lead level who can shape and run our entire ABM program from strategy through execution.
What will you do?
- Build and run targeted ABM campaigns that reach enterprise healthcare accounts and turn them into long-term customers.
- Use intent data, CRM insights, and performance analytics to guide decisions and keep every program aligned with both customer needs and company goals.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of ABM initiatives, coordinating with sales, product marketing, and customer success so campaigns launch on time and deliver clear results.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring at least five years of B2B marketing experience, including two or more years focused on account-based marketing, ideally in healthcare or technology. You’re comfortable with ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense, CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, and marketing automation systems such as Marketo. Strong written and verbal communication skills help you create clear messaging and build consensus across teams. You stay organized while juggling multiple campaigns and you enjoy refining our ideal customer profile so every outbound, content, and paid effort reaches the right accounts. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field-or eight years of equivalent experience-rounds out your background. Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus, as is a track record of leading cross-functional groups and influencing senior stakeholders.
