By operating as a market maker across 36 countries, we provide competitive pricing in over 19,000 securities, and we are currently looking for a mid-level Hardware Engineer to join our team in the United States on an on-site, full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Improve our existing systems for hardware design and verification.
- Create effective solutions for highly demanding technical challenges.
- Take ownership of complex project components.
- Guide the technical direction for our future product developments.
- Drive innovation by introducing new methods and creative solutions.
- Manage the planning, scheduling, and overall execution of hardware projects.
Must-haves
- An academic degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of professional experience, though an advanced degree may be considered as a substitute.
- A proven history of success with hardware projects involving ASIC or FPGA.
- Proficiency in complex verification environments using tools like Systemverilog, UVM, OVM, or VMM.
- Deep knowledge of IC design flows, specifications, and Verilog or VHDL.
- Understanding of high-performance bus protocols such as PCIe, SATA, USB, or AXI.
- Strong abilities in communication and problem solving.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with embedded C or C++ development.
- Background in Constrained Random Verification.
