Spiritus develops direct air capture technology to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere at scale. We are hiring a GTM Manager to help bring this technology to market by building strategic partnerships and guiding early-stage commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main link between external markets and our internal engineering teams, spotting growth opportunities by industry and region.
- Design and carry out go-to-market strategies that define objectives, tactics, and timelines for new offerings.
- Lead internal projects that strengthen business operations and open new external opportunities.
- Build alignment across teams by fostering collaboration and shared goals.
- Translate complex technical and market topics into clear messages for audiences across industries and geographies.
Must-haves
- At least five years of professional experience, ideally in business development or go-to-market roles.
- Demonstrated success in business development activities such as client problem-solving, proposal writing, RFP responses, and deal execution.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
- Experience identifying market trends and shaping expansion strategies around them.
- Willingness to contribute across multiple functions, from engineering and marketing to finance.
- Proven record of high achievement in previous professional and academic work.
- Fluency in English.
