What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior GTM Campaigns Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that focuses on driving customer growth and retention through strategic lifecycle campaigns. You will be instrumental in helping our Sales and Customer Success departments by using data-driven insights to support our clients throughout their journey with our platform.
What will you do?
- Analyze customer behavior and market data to derive actionable insights that improve the overall customer experience and inform our marketing strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing and Sales Enablement, to develop and execute go-to-market campaigns that align with our core business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing programs, from initial concept and messaging development to tracking performance metrics and optimizing for success.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within a SaaS environment. You are a strategic thinker who is comfortable working with data and has a proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is an expert communicator and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
Key technical skills and qualifications include:
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Experience using Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau and web analytics to measure performance.
- Familiarity with project management tools and Highspot.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
