About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Staff Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this executive-level role, you will serve as a key technical leader responsible for architecting and optimizing the systems that drive lead generation and acquisition. You will work at the intersection of product, marketing, and data, ensuring our paid media initiatives are both scalable and highly effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize lead generation funnels, user journeys, and landing page performance.
• Architect scalable systems and microservices to support high-volume paid media campaigns while maintaining reliability and speed.
• Mentor engineering talent and foster a culture of technical excellence through rigorous design reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience building web applications using technologies like Node.js and React.
• Proven expertise in growth engineering, with a specific focus on paid media and lead generation funnels.
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud-native architectures, including serverless and containerized environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and various database models, including NoSQL and distributed systems.
• A track record of effective leadership, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams and mentor senior engineers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD automation pipelines.
