We are looking for a motivated Growth Outbound Intern to join our team in France. At lempire, we focus on building the best cold outreach solutions for sales and marketing professionals. In this role, you will play a direct part in our revenue growth by automating sales prospecting and driving new sign-ups for our products. This is an on-site opportunity perfect for a student who is eager to learn and wants to make a tangible impact on our operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn to secure high-quality meetings for our sales team.
- Experiment with new messaging and innovative outreach strategies while using no-code tools to automate repetitive tasks.
- Analyze campaign performance data to refine our processes and collaborate with our data and operations teams to build a robust infrastructure.
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive doer who is currently seeking an end-of-study internship. You should be naturally curious and passionate about using modern technology to solve complex business challenges. Proficiency in both English and French is essential for this position.
While we value a strong academic background, such as a Bac +5 from a top business school, we are most interested in your practical mindset. It is a bonus if you have prior experience with sales automation, CRM platforms like HubSpot, or if you have already used lemlist. A genuine interest in the SaaS industry and a track record of automating tasks in your personal or professional life will set you apart.
