Joyride is transforming the automotive industry by creating a premier online auction platform for unclaimed vehicles. Our company was founded by a group of experienced entrepreneurs, automotive experts, and skilled developers who saw a unique opportunity to make buying and selling these vehicles both safe and efficient. Since our launch in April 2020, we have successfully established a presence in major U.S. cities and continue to grow our reach. We pride ourselves on being a lean, collaborative, and highly motivated team that is dedicated to setting the industry standard for online vehicle auctions.

Key outcomes

Develop and execute a scalable, data-driven customer acquisition strategy to drive growth for both buyers and sellers on our marketplace.
Manage and refine our existing digital advertising efforts across search, social, display, and video channels.
Coordinate the marketing launch strategy as we expand our services into new geographic markets.
Collaborate with our analytics team to design and measure A/B tests regarding audience targeting, creative assets, and bidding strategies.
Monitor ad performance to ensure we meet our return on investment goals.
Partner with finance and analytics departments to build accurate growth forecasts.
Identify and resolve technical issues or bugs with urgency to maintain a seamless user experience.

Requirements

Three to five years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within the automotive or consumer-facing sectors.
Strong technical proficiency using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Suite, Facebook Business Manager, Excel, and various SEO platforms.
A demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
Proven success in prioritizing and completing tasks within a fast-paced, early-stage business environment.
A relentless focus on metrics, conversion tracking, and attribution.
Excellent communication skills in English and a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
