At Koala Health, we are on a mission to transform how people manage their pets' wellness. We have already revolutionized the way pet owners access medications and supplements through our convenient pharmacy service, which delivers presorted pouches directly to your door. Now, we are expanding our reach by developing a new suite of services designed to make the pet health experience even more seamless. We are looking for a dedicated Growth Marketing Specialist to help us reach more pet parents and grow our impact.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage the daily operations of our email marketing campaigns, constantly refining our approach to improve performance and ensure every message hits the mark.
- You will lead the onboarding of new partners, working in tandem with our sales and account management teams to ensure every campaign launch is executed flawlessly.
- You will develop and implement test-and-learn strategies focused on driving customer acquisition and maximizing the lifetime value of our partnerships.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have 2 to 3 years of experience in a consumer-facing marketing environment. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using Braze to execute email marketing campaigns.
- A strong ability to track and analyze KPIs to drive marketing initiatives to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to advocate for marketing needs while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive mindset that thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities can shift quickly.
- Fluency in English.
