What you'll be doing
- Analyze performance data to guide our decision-making process, using tools such as Mixpanel, GA-4, and Tableau to interpret both quantitative and qualitative research.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across SEM, PPC, and programmatic channels to effectively drive customer acquisition and maximize our return on investment.
- Execute growth strategies by writing compelling copy, developing email marketing flows, and collaborating on UX and UI improvements to boost conversion rates.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar marketing position. We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- A strong, data-driven mindset with proven expertise in performance marketing and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in copywriting, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- A solid understanding of SEO, organic and paid social media strategies, and UX/UI principles.
- Experience with ad buying, budget forecasting, and basic web design using HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools like ChatGPT to improve your daily efficiency.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work as a self-starter who manages projects autonomously.
