At Embrace we’re rewriting the rules of mobile telemetry, and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who can turn data into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist on a full-time basis. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Your impact
- Own our account-based marketing engine-curating target lists, launching multi-channel campaigns, and continuously refining performance in RollWorks and LinkedIn.
- Design and run persona-driven email nurture programs and automated workflows that move prospects from first touch to sales-ready, working side-by-side with BDRs to keep messaging and hand-offs tight.
- Build high-converting demand-gen landing pages, craft ad creative, and manage paid search and display campaigns on Google and Bing to capture and convert the right accounts.
What you'll need
You bring at least three years of hands-on B2B demand generation or ABM experience, plus direct expertise with platforms like RollWorks or Demandbase. You’re fluent in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and CRM systems such as Salesforce, and you know how to create, launch, and optimize landing pages, email sequences, and paid campaigns. A data-driven mindset, strong project-management habits, and clear communication skills round out your profile. Experience marketing to DevOps, SRE, or engineering audiences-and a knack for A/B testing-are definite advantages.
Perks and compensation
This role offers a salary range of $75,000–$100,000. In addition, you’ll receive equity compensation, generous paid time off, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, all within a fully remote work environment.
