Role at a glance
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist and Traffic Manager to join our team in France. This is a full-time position suitable for a junior-level professional or a recent graduate. You will work in a hybrid capacity, collaborating closely with our growth team to drive our revenue ambitions through effective lead acquisition strategies.
Your impact
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital acquisition and retention strategies that align with our core business objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels like SEA, display, and social ads, while monitoring budgets to ensure an optimal return on investment.
- Utilize growth hacking techniques and rigorous data analysis to identify new traffic opportunities, improve user journeys, and enhance lead generation performance.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a curious and autonomous professional with a strong interest in the startup ecosystem and the energy sector. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Previous internship experience in similar marketing roles.
- Fluency in both French and English to thrive in our international environment.
- A rigorous mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
