We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Seattle Coffee Gear, our mission is to fuel coffee passion for customers everywhere. In this role, you will act as the owner of our growth engine, architecting a top-tier digital platform on Shopify while scaling high-impact programs. We are seeking a business-minded professional with a high motor and a proven track record of turning data-driven insights into revenue growth through the strategic application of AI and digital marketing expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy, translating it into a prioritized roadmap that drives revenue, margin, and customer lifetime value.
- Lead our AI-first approach by designing and implementing automations that improve personalization, increase team efficiency, and accelerate project cycle times.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact programs, including subscription models, trade-in initiatives, and guided selling, while maintaining a rigorous schedule of conversion rate optimization experiments.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in digital commerce, eCommerce, or digital strategy with a demonstrated ability to impact the bottom line.
- Deep technical proficiency with the Shopify ecosystem, including site performance, UX systems, and app integrations.
- Expertise in digital analytics, CRO, and lifecycle marketing, with a strong grasp of testing methodologies and data instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience as an AI-native operator, specifically with tools like Custom GPTs, workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier, and prompt engineering.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain high velocity, and foster a collaborative, low-ego environment.
