We are currently looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and help us scale our community programs to even greater heights.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase participation in our virtual and in-person networking events.
- Utilize a growth-oriented mindset to drive engagement, retention, and community success through product-led growth and multi-channel campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to refine customer segmentation and optimize marketing tactics for maximum impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and program leads to align marketing initiatives with our broader business goals.
- Craft compelling messaging for email, in-product communications, and other channels to foster meaningful member connections.
- Report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing while taking ownership of key performance indicators that directly influence our growth trajectory.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of professional experience in growth, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- A proven track record of managing marketing campaigns for large audiences of 100,000 members or more.
- Hands-on expertise in lead generation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign management, ideally within a SaaS, freemium, or networking product environment.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools such as Iterable, Hubspot, or Marketo.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using platforms like Amplitude, Tableau, or Looker to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and a deep affinity for the entrepreneurial spirit.
- Fluency in English.
