Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can take ownership of our go-to-market strategy and drive meaningful results.
Your impact
- Drive Lead Generation: You will plan and execute high-impact paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Ads to attract high-quality leads.
- Optimize Performance: You will use data-driven insights to manage PPC campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and refine ad creative to ensure we hit our ROI targets.
- Manage Budgets and Strategy: You will take full ownership of our paid media budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently while collaborating with our creative team to align messaging with our business goals.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of direct, hands-on experience managing successful paid campaigns and PPC strategies for B2B brands.
- A strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience targeting both SMB and enterprise brands, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Fluency in English.
