The role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this high-impact position, you will report directly to our COO and take ownership of our go-to-market strategy. You will be instrumental in helping us scale our reach as we bring digital-first, alternative investment solutions to the wealth management sector.

Core responsibilities

• Design and implement data-backed marketing strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads and accelerating revenue growth.
• Manage integrated campaigns across diverse channels, including email marketing, social media, and SEO, to build brand awareness.
• Oversee the full marketing funnel, from initial audience targeting and creative asset development to performance tracking and continuous optimization.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in growth marketing, ideally within the fintech or B2B SaaS space. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of driving results. Key qualifications include:

• At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on growth strategies.
• Proficiency in creating compelling, visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint to support sales enablement and campaign efforts.
• A deep understanding of marketing analytics and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Compensation and benefits
