The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in France. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our technical capabilities and our commercial goals. You will be responsible for driving our lead generation efforts through a holistic digital marketing strategy. This is a high-impact position where you will work directly with our founders to shape our growth trajectory and ensure our solutions reach the right audiences worldwide.
A day in the life
- You will plan and execute our growth revenue marketing strategy, taking full accountability for the generation of qualified leads across all digital channels.
- You will oversee our B2B database management, utilizing HubSpot for automation and analytics while refining our lead scoring and qualification workflows.
- You will collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design campaigns that are technically accurate, highly relevant, and data-backed.
Who you are
You are a data-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset, ideally backed by an engineering background or extensive experience in marketing for technical solutions. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership of your projects.
Your qualifications include:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in lead generation, inbound funnels, SEO, email marketing, and Account-Based Marketing.
- Deep proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with Webflow is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- A structured and organized approach to managing complex marketing campaigns.
