Growth Marketing Manager at Outsight

The role

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in France. This is a high-impact role for an experienced professional who can bridge the gap between technical innovation and market reach. You will be responsible for building holistic, data-driven marketing campaigns that fuel our global growth.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue marketing plan in close collaboration with our founders to drive consistent lead generation.
• Take full accountability for qualified lead generation by designing and managing high-performing inbound funnels, email marketing, and automated outreach strategies.
• Maintain a data-driven approach to marketing, continuously measuring campaign performance and optimizing workflows for lead scoring, database management, and segmentation.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset, ideally supported by an engineering background or significant experience marketing technical solutions. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically within lead generation, nurturing, and account-based marketing.
• Deep expertise in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency with Webflow and outreach tools is considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• A structured, organized, and data-focused approach to problem-solving.
