We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives to drive membership growth and engagement by blending innovative marketing approaches with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies focused on acquiring new members, improving retention, and deepening overall engagement.
- Oversee integrated acquisition marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email tactics, and digital campaigns, while managing the associated budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing technologies and CRM platforms like Salesforce to support automation, reporting, and scalability.
Requirements
We are looking for a strategic thinker with at least eight years of experience in growth marketing, member acquisition, or customer engagement, ideally within the financial services sector. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Key qualifications include:
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation software, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across internal teams.
- A results-driven mindset that balances creative branding with data-backed decision-making.
What we offer
