The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in France. In this role, you will act as a bridge between technology and marketing, taking ownership of our lead generation strategy. You will collaborate directly with our founders to design and execute holistic digital campaigns that showcase our solutions to a global audience. A day in the life

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing plan, taking full accountability for the generation of qualified B2B leads.
• Analyze the performance of all marketing activities to refine our strategy, while managing our database through segmentation and automation tools.
• Partner closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure our messaging is technically accurate, highly relevant, and perfectly aligned with our business goals.

Who you are

You are a data-driven professional with at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the tech sector. You possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business objectives. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Your qualifications include:

• A background in engineering or proven analytical experience in tech marketing.
• Deep expertise in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in lead generation and nurturing, including SEO, email marketing, and automated outreach.
• Experience with Webflow is considered a significant plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
