The role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can contribute to our mission from anywhere. As a manager-level professional, you will report directly to our VP of Growth Marketing and play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage and nurture leads through their entire lifecycle.
Core responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive lead lifecycle strategies that guide prospects from initial awareness through to conversion using email and SMS marketing.
- Partner with our content, product marketing, and sales teams to develop high-value, personalized campaigns that improve lead conversion rates and optimize customer acquisition costs.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to conduct rigorous A/B testing, refine lead-scoring models, and report on funnel performance to drive continuous improvement.
Skills and experience
To thrive in this role, you should possess a blend of creative strategy and technical execution. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in lead lifecycle marketing and funnel management within a growth or demand generation capacity.
- Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Marketo and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Advanced analytical skills, including a proven track record of using data-driven insights and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation and benefits
Your starting total cash compensation for this role will be between $102,000 and $145,000, depending on your specific skills, experience, and market demands. Beyond your salary, we support your well-being with a comprehensive benefits package:
