The opportunity

As our new Growth Marketing Manager you will sit at the heart of that mission. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth, you will own the strategies and campaigns that bring new merchants to Zeller and deepen adoption of our expanding product suite. Your work will translate ambitious growth targets into efficient, measurable acquisition programs that reach the right audiences across paid, owned, and partnership channels while constantly improving return on every marketing dollar.

A day in the life

• You map out and launch integrated acquisition campaigns across search, social, display, email, and emerging platforms, shaping creative, messaging, and offers that speak directly to merchant needs.
• You track performance in real time, adjusting budgets, creative tests, and channel mix so every initiative stays on pace to hit monthly merchant and demand-generation goals.
• You collaborate with sales, creative, finance, and product teams to align lead-scoring frameworks, nurture programs, and cross-functional experiments that keep Zeller’s growth engine running smoothly.

Who you are

You bring at least three years of hands-on growth marketing experience inside a SaaS or technology company, where you have planned and executed full-funnel acquisition programs. You are comfortable owning media plans end-to-end-paid search, paid social, and display-without relying on external agencies, and you know how to translate metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and LTV into clear next steps. Advanced Excel skills help you build pivot tables, multi-function formulas, and visual reports, while a creative, problem-solving mindset lets you turn data into fresh campaign ideas. You communicate fluently in English and thrive when working both independently and alongside colleagues from marketing, sales, operations, finance, and creative teams.
