We are now looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to help us scale our marketing efforts as we enter our next phase of growth.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, open to candidates located between GMT-4 and GMT+5 time zones. You will report directly to our Head of Marketing and play a vital role in shaping our demand generation and lifecycle strategies.
Your impact
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that guide leads from initial awareness through to qualification.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across both paid and organic channels, utilizing SEO and SEM to boost our visibility.
- Oversee marketing operations and leverage automation tools to streamline processes and enhance lead nurturing efforts.
What you'll need
We are looking for a proactive, creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. Key requirements include:
- At least 6 years of experience working within a B2B early-stage tech startup environment.
- A proven track record of success in demand generation and managing key marketing metrics.
- Deep proficiency in SEO, SEM, and content strategy.
- Solid experience with performance marketing and paid acquisition channels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
