We are looking for a senior-level Growth Marketing Manager to join us on a remote, contract basis. What you'll be doing

• Lead our online event strategy by planning and executing monthly webinars or panel discussions, managing all logistics, and nurturing post-event leads into qualified opportunities.
• Optimize our marketing website and content strategy through rigorous SEO practices, A/B testing, and the creation of compelling messaging that drives conversions and inbound interest.
• Design and implement sophisticated email marketing workflows that nurture potential customers across the entire funnel based on their specific behavior and engagement.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to execute complex projects. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, ideally within the SaaS or e-commerce sectors.
• Expertise in planning and executing online events that generate measurable leads.
• Strong proficiency in SEO best practices, including keyword research and content optimization.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like HubSpot or Customer.io to build automated nurture sequences.
• Familiarity with performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, MixPanel, or SEMRush.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to build meaningful industry partnerships.
• Fluency in English and a proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving.

Our hiring process begins with a 30-minute screening with our People Ops Manager, followed by a skills assessment. If you move forward, you will have a 30-minute interview with our Chief Marketing Officer, followed by a final 45-minute discussion with our Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Partnerships.
