With a team of over 400 professionals across the UK and Europe, we support 8 million customers by building products that make a genuine impact on the lives of families worldwide. We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This role is pivotal in driving our expansion into Central Asia and the Caucasus, where you will develop localized strategies to build brand trust and grow our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an aggressive growth strategy by combining effective marketing channels to acquire new customers while collaborating with our performance and organic teams.
- Provide deep expertise on the Central Asian market, including money transfer habits in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan, to guide our pricing and competitive positioning.
- Lead regional PR initiatives, partner with influential figures to drive relevant traffic, and implement creative, localized campaigns to improve customer retention and win back churned users.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing successful online and offline consumer branding campaigns within a high-growth business or agency environment.
- Native proficiency in Tadjik, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, or Kazakh, alongside professional fluency in both Russian and English.
- Strong technical background in marketing tools and methodologies, including SEO, Google Analytics, CRM, content marketing, and performance marketing.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance high-level strategic planning with day-to-day tactical execution in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Deep insight into the consumer habits and cultural nuances of Central Asian communities, combined with excellent networking and team collaboration skills.
