Amperon is the leading analytics and forecasting company for the energy transition, using advanced machine learning to help power companies and large energy users optimize their energy usage. We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our remote-first team and lead our demand generation efforts as we modernize the grid data software stack.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, webinars, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Create a comprehensive customer journey map to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design targeted content that educates and engages prospects throughout the buying cycle.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors to identify and capitalize on new lead generation opportunities.
- Partner closely with our sales, revenue operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Must-haves
- 5 to 7 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Proven ability to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Webflow, and 6Sense.
- A blend of analytical rigor and creative thinking to build ROI-driven campaigns.
- Professional fluency in English.
