The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between SSV Labs and the broader blockchain ecosystem. You will be responsible for shaping our narrative, driving high-impact exposure, and fostering deep relationships with key partners, DAOs, and infrastructure providers. This is a unique chance to influence the growth of a protocol that is actively shaping the Web3 landscape while working alongside industry leaders in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

A day in the life

• You will develop and execute a comprehensive media and events strategy, which includes planning logistics for both online and offline gatherings, managing speaker submissions, and coordinating appearances on podcasts.
• You will build and nurture strong relationships with ecosystem players, including staking services and tooling partners, while scouting for new growth opportunities and co-marketing potential.
• You will create and manage co-branded initiatives, such as hackathons and community campaigns, while collaborating across departments to ensure our branding goals align with our technical mission.

Who you are

You are a strategic thinker with a deep passion for decentralized technology. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience specifically within Crypto marketing.
• A strong, foundational understanding of Blockchain technology, the Ethereum ecosystem, and Web3.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to craft narrative-driven content, manage media and PR briefs, and work effectively with KOLs, PR teams, and event organizers.
