Growth Marketing Manager at Outsight

Our technology provides anonymous, precise Spatial Intelligence data to operators of transportation hubs, industrial sites, and public venues, helping them enhance safety and operational efficiency. With 73 patents and recognition as the 2023 Edge AI and Vision Product of the Year, we are a rapidly growing leader in our field. Our international team of engineers and scientists operates from locations including Paris, San Francisco, and Sophia-Antipolis, supported by commercial offices across Europe and Asia. We are currently seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in France on a full-time, hybrid basis to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive our global growth.

Key outcomes

• Collaborate directly with our founders to plan and execute a comprehensive revenue marketing strategy.
• Take full accountability for building and managing online lead generation campaigns that deliver high-quality results.
• Utilize a data-driven mindset to measure marketing performance and continuously optimize our activities for better outcomes.
• Manage our B2B database, including segmentation, automation, and the refinement of lead scoring workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure our messaging remains relevant and aligned with our technical solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically focusing on lead generation, inbound funnels, email marketing, SEO, and account-based marketing.
• An engineering background or a strong analytical mindset tailored to marketing technology solutions.
• Deep expertise in using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• The ability to translate complex technical details into clear business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• A structured, organized, and data-focused approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Practical experience working with Webflow.
• Familiarity with outreach tools such as Lemlist or similar platforms.
