We are proud to be Lithuania's first unicorn, and we are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to help us continue our expansion within the Vinted Go team.
What you'll be doing
- Design and implement highly targeted B2B acquisition campaigns to recruit new business partners and carrier points into our growing network.
- Apply a data-driven mindset to identify growth opportunities, solve complex problems, and translate performance metrics into actionable strategies.
- Take full ownership of your campaigns, from the initial planning and execution stages through to detailed performance analysis and ongoing optimization.
What you'll bring
- At least 4 years of professional experience in performance marketing, business analysis, or strategy consulting.
- A strong ability to work with data to drive decision-making, even if your background is in B2C rather than B2B.
- A self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you take full responsibility for your outcomes.
- Hands-on expertise in campaign execution and a proven track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to collaborate effectively across our international team.
What you'll get
