Growth Marketing Manager at Vinted

Information about the position 

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join Vinted Go and drive the expansion of our network through highly targeted acquisition campaigns.

We are looking for a self-starter who approaches marketing like an analyst or a consultant. You do not need previous B2B or leadership experience to succeed here. Instead, we value a data-driven mindset, the ability to solve complex problems, and a background in performance marketing, business analysis, or consulting.

In this role, you will analyze data to develop and execute strategies that convert business customers to sign up as Vinted Go carrier points, directly fueling our network expansion across the globe.

In this position, you’ll 

• Drive B2B Acquisition: Design and run highly targeted acquisition marketing campaigns to recruit new business partners and carrier points into the Vinted Go network.
• Analyze and Strategize: Work confidently with data to identify opportunities and solve problems, translating metrics into actionable growth strategies.
• Optimize Performance: Own the analysis and optimisation of campaign results, ensuring continuous improvement and a direct impact on core business goals.
• Manage Outbound Growth: Own the design and delivery of outbound marketing campaigns aimed at specific business segments.
• Network Activation: Lead initiatives that activate and engage our existing network partners to ensure high retention and performance.

About you 

• Background: 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, business analysis, or strategy consulting.
• Data-Driven: You are comfortable working with data to solve problems and can translate complex metrics into clear strategies.
• Self-Starter: You have a "startup mindset" and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you take ownership of your results.
• Execution Focused: You have hands-on experience with campaign execution—from the planning stage through to reporting.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

No specific B2B or leadership experience is required. We welcome applicants from B2C performance backgrounds or analytical roles who are ready to apply their skills to a growth challenge.

The salary range for this position is € 4,083 - € 5,517 gross per month.
