The opportunity
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be the engine behind our customer acquisition efforts. You will use your deep understanding of the fintech space to craft strategies that resonate with our target audience. By leveraging your expertise in digital and email marketing, you will help us identify new opportunities and refine our messaging to ensure every touchpoint creates real value. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data, ensuring that our growth initiatives are both creative and grounded in hard metrics.
A day in the life
- You will partner with our marketing and sales teams to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive new business opportunities.
- You will collaborate with our data science and operations teams to build dashboards that track KPIs and measure the success of our outreach.
- You will work closely with our creative team to produce relevant content that guides potential customers through their buying journey.
Who you are
You are a strategic thinker with 4 to 6 years of experience in campaign management and budget oversight. You have a background in the fintech or B2B sectors and are comfortable working in a remote environment. You are fluent in English and possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound acquisition channels, including paid social, search, and email marketing.
- A collaborative spirit that allows you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A self-motivated mindset with a constant desire to learn and solve problems.
