We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our remote-first team and help us scale our impact across the manufacturing industry.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that target factory operations and drive long-term, scalable growth.
- Design and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns that guide customers through every stage, from initial awareness to long-term retention.
- Collaborate closely with our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, optimize the customer lifecycle, and ensure our users gain maximum value from our platform.
What you'll bring
- Three to five years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to derive insights and continuously optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent project management capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional setting.
- Proficiency with modern marketing automation tools and CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, allowing you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
- A growth mindset that embraces experimentation, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
What you'll get
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 USD.
