We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid digital campaigns that drive measurable lead growth for Hyperproof, a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company that helps organizations replace manual spreadsheets with a modern risk and compliance platform.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, Display, and emerging channels to generate new business leads.
- Analyze performance data daily, identify the drivers behind results, and run structured tests to lower cost per MQL and SQL.
- Own landing-page testing and partner with the creative team to develop and iterate on new ad formats.
- Build and present clear reports on paid-channel performance, challenges, and next steps for the wider organization.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies and freelancers, ensuring campaigns stay on strategy and on budget.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across marketing, sales, and product to align paid efforts with company growth goals.
Must-haves
- At least two years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on paid digital acquisition.
- Hands-on proficiency running campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and 6Sense.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce for campaign tracking and lead management.
- Proven track record of owning pipeline or lead-volume targets and consistently meeting them.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort digging into data to explain performance and guide decisions.
- Experience briefing and managing external agencies or freelancers.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior agency experience transitioning to an in-house role.
- Familiarity with Bing Ads or additional emerging paid channels.
