The role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join us as a contractor. This is a part-time position requiring 10 hours per week. You will play a critical role in our growth strategy by managing our conversion optimization program, helping us refine our website performance, and ensuring our educational platform reaches as many learners as possible. This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere.

Core responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to boost website conversion rates by utilizing A/B and multivariate testing.
• Design, build, and execute comprehensive conversion rate optimization experiments.
• Analyze experiment outcomes to provide actionable insights and present clear reports to our stakeholders.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a data-driven mindset and a passion for experimentation. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in successfully optimizing conversion rates through rigorous testing.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and various A/B testing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A resourceful and innovative approach to managing multiple experiments at once.
