The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help lead our next phase of expansion. This is a full-time, remote position where you will play a critical role in shaping our product-led growth strategy. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue by leveraging data to refine the customer journey. A day in the life
- You will design and execute comprehensive growth marketing campaigns across digital, content, and social channels to boost engagement and conversion.
- You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure our growth initiatives are perfectly aligned with our broader business objectives.
- You will dive deep into performance metrics and A/B testing, using data-driven insights to optimize our tactics and identify new areas for expansion.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in growth marketing, specifically within the enterprise SaaS space. You have a proven history of delivering 20-40% growth through product-led strategies, and you are comfortable working in fast-paced environments. You possess strong analytical skills and are fluent in English, with a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and modern marketing automation tools. While not required, an MBA or previous experience in the fintech sector would make you an even stronger candidate for this role.
