Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere as you help us refine our digital strategy and expand our market presence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with our community and drive sustainable growth across our various marketing channels.
Your impact
- Take ownership of performance and revenue reporting, ensuring our budgets are managed effectively to drive maximum return.
- Design and execute a rigorous creative testing process to determine the best ways to capture audience attention and build high-performing assets.
- Direct our external agency partners across email, affiliate, paid social, and programmatic channels to ensure our outcomes align with our broader business goals.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in growth marketing and a deep understanding of the consumer journey. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within a B2C consumer product brand or agency environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management, with experience using tools like Asana or JIRA to keep complex initiatives on track.
- A solid grasp of attribution modeling and analytics platforms like GA4.
- Experience working within the Shopify ecosystem is considered a major advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous startup culture.
- Fluency in English.
