We are looking for a proactive Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and help us scale our reach through innovative new channels.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level position that offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. Whether you are based near our offices or working remotely, you will play a key role in our acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our paid media efforts, ensuring that every campaign is executed with precision and backed by data-driven insights.
Your impact
- Drive new customer acquisition by managing testing across diverse channels, including connected TV, audio, direct mail, and affiliate partnerships.
- Lead the full campaign lifecycle by coordinating with internal creative and product teams alongside external agencies to ensure seamless execution and creative testing.
- Build robust performance reporting frameworks to analyze data from multiple sources, identifying key trends in customer behavior that inform our future growth initiatives.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who brings:
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven expertise in managing ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A background in media planning or buying, ideally within an agency setting.
- Exceptional project management skills and a meticulous eye for detail when handling creative briefs and campaign tracking.
- Fluency in English.
