What is this role?
This is a full-time, senior-level position reporting directly to our Director of Performance Marketing. You will take the lead on our offline marketing strategy, which includes channels like audio, TV, OTT, and direct mail. Your primary goal is to drive new customer acquisition by testing new avenues and integrating offline efforts with our broader performance marketing initiatives. What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive offline channel strategies while managing monthly budgets and flighting plans to maximize our reach.
- Use data from various reporting sources and media mix models to make informed decisions, optimize performance, and run A/B tests that improve our return on ad spend.
- Partner closely with our creative team to provide actionable insights that refine our targeting and messaging, ensuring our campaigns are as impactful as possible.

We are looking for someone who is curious, hungry to learn, and capable of communicating complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels. You should be fluent in English and bring the following qualifications to the table:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in media planning or marketing, specifically managing significant budgets.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct experience with offline channels such as audio, TV, OTT, or direct mail, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the e-commerce or direct-to-consumer space.
- A proven ability to execute strategies through external agencies and partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
