At Face Reality Skincare, our mission is to provide clear skin and confidence to the more than 50 million people affected by acne. We achieve this by combining expert guidance from trained healthcare professionals with premium, safe formulas. We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, eCommerce to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of our digital marketing efforts across our B2B, B2C, and clinic business channels, reporting directly to our Senior Manager of Growth Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer journey by partnering with product management to optimize website experiences, checkout flows, and conversion tactics like affiliate programs and upsell initiatives.
- Analyze key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV to build data-driven hypotheses, while creating comprehensive dashboards that inform leadership and cross-functional decision-making.
- Develop and execute demand generation programs, including targeted landing pages and email capture strategies, while overseeing SEO and content marketing efforts to boost organic search visibility.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of direct, hands-on experience in eCommerce and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with essential industry tools including Google Analytics, Shopify, and Excel.
- Proven expertise in SEO and content strategy, paired with strong project management and communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- The physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and working comfortably with standard office equipment.
What we offer
The base salary for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 USD. Beyond compensation, you will have the opportunity to:
