Responsibilities
- Lead the full-funnel Conversion Rate Optimization roadmap to drive registration and device purchase growth.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across marketing pages, signup flows, onboarding, and upsell experiences.
- Build and prioritize an experimentation backlog using analytics, user behavior data, and growth hypotheses.
- Own onsite product merchandising strategy for web and Amazon storefronts, including plan positioning, pricing presentation, and bundling.
- Refine value proposition messaging for different audience segments and traffic sources.
- Collaborate with product and pricing teams to reduce friction between marketing pages and registration flows.
- Optimize multi-step signup experiences, form completion rates, and mobile-first conversion paths.
- Ensure compliance and trust signals are integrated without harming conversion performance.
- Manage MarTech enablement, including tracking, tagging, QA processes, and experimentation frameworks.
Must-haves
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, growth marketing, product growth, or performance UX roles.
- Proven track record of increasing conversion rates through structured experimentation and UX optimizations.
- Hands-on experience managing MarTech stacks and marketing tracking implementations.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, product, engineering, analytics, and lifecycle teams.
- Ability to manage Shopify site, apps, and funnel optimizations for ecommerce.
- Experience overseeing Amazon storefronts and product listing page optimizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries.
- Proven ownership of marketing tracking architecture to ensure accurate measurement across acquisition and conversion funnels.
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing tagging frameworks using tools like Google Tag Manager, Segment, or similar platforms.
- Track record of leading QA processes for marketing tracking implementations and maintaining documentation for event schemas and tagging governance.
Benefits
The estimated base pay range for this position is $105,000 to $145,000, depending on location, experience, and skill set. Additional compensation includes a discretionary performance bonus and equity rewards.
