We are proud to be recognized as a top remote workplace and a leader in EdTech innovation, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us continue this journey.
The role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. We are looking for an experienced professional who can balance creative thinking with analytical rigor to drive our next phase of growth.
Core responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team covering product marketing, performance marketing, SEO, content, and marketing operations.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Collaborate with product and data teams to identify new growth levers, manage the marketing tech stack, and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Skills and experience
- Significant track record, ideally 6 to 10 years, in growth marketing within a fast-scaling environment such as a marketplace, SaaS, or EdTech company.
- Proven expertise in paid media, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and SEO strategies.
- Strong leadership abilities with a history of managing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.
- Deep analytical skills with proficiency in data tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- A demonstrated ability to thrive in an agile environment, utilizing A/B testing frameworks to pivot quickly based on data insights.
Compensation and benefits
For candidates based in New York, California, or Seattle, the salary range is $205,000 to $253,000 USD. For candidates in Colorado or Washington (outside of Seattle), the salary range is $184,500 to $227,700 USD. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including:
- Stock options and retirement investment plans.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, including fertility and family planning coverage.
- Access to coaching and therapy sessions through ModernHealth.
- Paid time off and family leave.
- Remote work support, including expensable home office setups, internet allowances, and virtual team events.
- Professional development budgets and funds for your learners to take classes on our platform.
