Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Growth Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a passion for technology, and the ability to drive organic traffic to our digital platforms. This role will focus on optimizing our content, improving our search engine rankings, and increasing our online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headlines, URLs, and internal linking structures.
• Collaborate with editorial and others to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into the editorial process.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Work closely with the marketing and editorial teams to align SEO efforts with broader campaigns and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in SEO, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in a media or publishing environment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
• Familiarity with additional digital marketing channels such as PPC, social media, and email marketing.

Salary Range for this role is $145,000 - $180,000 with Base and incentive pay. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and location.
