We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help us expand our reach and connect more hybrid employees with our tools.
What you'll be doing
- You will develop and execute product-led growth and acquisition strategies, focusing on content, SEO, and other key channels.
- You will take ownership of the entire user funnel, optimizing the journey from the initial landing page through onboarding and early education.
- You will partner with our Product, Product Marketing, Operations, and Support teams to build a cohesive, cross-functional approach to growth and marketing efficiency.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in growth and marketing, specifically within SaaS or product-led growth environments. We are looking for someone who combines analytical rigor with creative strategy.
- At least 6 years of total work experience, including 4 years specifically in growth or marketing roles.
- A proven ability to create and execute strategic, organic marketing plans.
- Strong technical proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
- A quantitative, data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation and A/B testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
