The role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a leadership-level position for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of our user acquisition and adoption strategies. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach to organizations and teams across the globe, ensuring that more hybrid employees can benefit from our platform.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute product-led growth and acquisition strategies that leverage content, SEO, and other high-impact channels.
- Take full ownership of the user funnel, optimizing the journey from the initial landing page through onboarding and early user education.
- Design and implement ongoing A/B testing across various user touchpoints and web experiences to drive continuous improvement in conversion.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of analytical rigor and creative strategy. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in marketing or growth-focused roles.
- Proven experience working within SaaS or Product-Led Growth organizations.
- A strong, quantitative approach to growth, including direct experience managing growth metrics and experimentation.
- A demonstrated track record of building and delivering strategic, organic marketing plans.
- Proficiency with essential marketing technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
