At our company we are building the infrastructure that makes second-hand fashion the default choice for people who want style without waste. We combine a resale marketplace with community tools so that buyers and sellers can discover, trade, and champion pre-loved clothing at scale. Our mission is to shift consumption patterns away from fast fashion by making resale simple, social, and rewarding.

The role

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead on a part-time basis. The position is open to senior professionals and is fully remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, and measurement of growth experiments that increase both supply and demand on the platform.
• Shape and continuously refine our overall growth strategy in close partnership with the Brand Marketing Lead and the founding team.
• Manage and mentor a Growth Intern, ensuring experiments, referral programs, and digital marketing activity are implemented and tracked effectively.

Skills and experience

You bring at least three years of hands-on marketing experience and are comfortable operating across both paid and organic channels. Strong analytical skills are essential; you know how to set up tracking plans, interpret qualitative and quantitative data, and turn insights into clear recommendations for product and growth decisions. Experience with community building, performance marketing, and hypothesis-driven testing will help you succeed quickly. Familiarity with resale platforms such as Depop, Vestiaire, Grailed, eBay, or Vinted is highly valued. Excellent written and spoken English is required, along with the ability to collaborate transparently with colleagues at every level.
