Role at a glance
We are searching for a Growth Marketing Lead to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a lead-level position open to candidates located anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we reach and support the modern hybrid workforce as we continue to scale our impact.
Your impact
- Design and implement product-led growth and acquisition strategies that leverage content, SEO, and various digital channels.
- Take full ownership of the user funnel, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial landing page through onboarding and early education.
- Drive continuous improvement by planning and executing A/B testing across our website and user journeys to maximize conversion and engagement.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of analytical rigor and creative strategy. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in Marketing or Growth roles.
- Proven experience working within SaaS or Product-Led Growth organizations.
- A strong quantitative mindset with a track record of managing growth metrics and experimentation.
- Deep familiarity with the modern marketing tech stack, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for the future of work.
