The role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a leadership-level position where you will play a pivotal role in scaling our multi-channel marketing initiatives. You will work directly with our CEO and the broader growth team to define our strategy and reach ambitious organizational milestones as we expand our community of clinicians, educational partners, and organizations.
Core responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, covering both paid and organic campaigns to drive measurable results.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine and scale our efforts, focusing on both acquiring new users and deepening engagement with our existing community.
- Build and manage our brand presence by fostering strong, collaborative relationships with influencers, partners, the press, and our user base.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in the following areas:
- Expertise in digital marketing and the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis to track performance and inform strategic planning.
- A proven ability to develop marketing plans and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to evangelize our product and collaborate across various internal functions.
- A proactive mindset, with a desire to introduce new tools, mentor team members, and lead self-driven projects.
